INFO

Enhancement of cpapnation.com centered on strengthening an industry-leading medical e-commerce platform used by hundreds of thousands of patients each year. The work addressed the unique complexity of selling prescription-based and compatibility-dependent medical supplies online, where patients must navigate prescriptions, equipment variations, and ongoing replacement cycles. Research uncovered significant pain points around clarity, product discovery, and workflow gaps that were impairing patient confidence and operational efficiency.

The resulting redesign introduced systems that simplified medically sensitive processes, including subscription flows tailored to recurring CPAP needs, prescription-upload logic integrated directly into checkout, and compatibility-based product bundles that guided users through assembling complete, clinician-appropriate setups. After launch, analytics validated meaningful improvements and informed a move toward a fully custom mobile app. The end-to-end app experience was then designed to provide a clearer, more proactive, and more supportive patient journey, built through iterative collaboration with engineering.
