Form3D, UX/UI Design [2025]
Form3D’s enterprise-grade printer management platform addresses the challenges of operating a large-scale 3D printing fleet across multiple industrial locations. The design focused on simplifying complex workflows, including onboarding and configuring devices, managing large-order print jobs, troubleshooting, and maintaining operational oversight, while supporting scalable role-based access and IoT-style printer grouping. The platform was conceived to provide a seamless cross-device experience, balancing mobile and desktop functionality with the operational needs of a technical workforce.
The project also explored system-level efficiency and error reduction through workflow modeling, automation of recurring tasks, and clear visualization of printer ecosystems. By translating intricate hardware and software interactions into an intuitive interface, the platform supports future growth, facilitates rapid adoption across teams, and reduces operational friction for large-scale industrial printing operations.

EU Printer Setup Compliance Platform, Product Design (2025)
In response to new European Union security regulations impacting hardware distribution, our printer portfolio required a compliant setup experience to maintain eligibility within EU markets. The initial proposal centered on low-level command execution workflows that prioritized technical feasibility but introduced high user friction and operational risk.
I championed the end-to-end product design of a web-based printer setup platform that translated complex firmware-level compliance requirements into a guided, intuitive experience accessible to both small business operators and enterprise IT teams. The solution bridged hardware constraints, firmware behavior, and cross-platform software touchpoints to ensure seamless activation while maintaining regulatory integrity. Design decisions prioritized clarity, error prevention, and technical accuracy over visual embellishment, ensuring compliance and operational reliability at scale.
Through systems modeling, stakeholder alignment, and iterative prototyping, the platform redefined printer onboarding within regulated markets — balancing compliance, scalability, and usability without disrupting existing global distribution workflows.
