INFO
Olio’s redesign centered on transforming a fragmented, manually operated customer experience into a unified digital system capable of supporting rapid growth across multiple customer bases including small businesses, emerging brands, and large-scale activation partners. The work began with deep discovery to understand operational bottlenecks, identify gaps in lead capture and workflow structure, and assess how the existing website environment limited both flexibility and reliability. Insights from interviews, analytics, and internal process mapping guided a phased strategy that balanced immediate improvements with long-term scalability.
The initial phase delivered a no-code solution that introduced automated workflows, structured inquiry intake, and streamlined booking management—allowing the team to operate with a level of speed and clarity not possible before. This foundation informed a second phase focused on future-state UX: a system of functional prototypes, interaction models, and documentation that reimagined how customers discover spaces, request services, and manage active engagements. The result was a dual-track solution—one part near-term operational lift, one part long-term digital product vision.
